Job summary

voco Doha West Bay Suites seeks a proactive sales professional to drive revenue in Qatar. You will lead site inspections, cold calls, and market intelligence while coordinating with hotel departments to fulfill sales commitments.

Strong English, budget awareness, and leadership are essential. You will prepare quotes, contracts, and forecasts, while maintaining executive relationships with the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Administration or Hotel Management or related field.
• Tertiary sales qualifications are advantageous.
• Previous hotel sales experience in an international chain is required.
• Experience managing key accounts and new business in premium markets.

Responsibilities

• Liaise daily with Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, communications, and input data used for forecasts.
• Attend meetings, manage interdepartmental communication, and report weekly.
• Lead site inspections, cold calls, telemarketing, and sales meetings.
