Qualifications

• Hospitality sector experience required in operations or service delivery.
• Experience coordinating teams, contractors, stakeholders, and resources.
• Experience with KPI management, reporting, process improvement, and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service operations and ensure compliance with procedures and targets.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, contractors, and activities to meet timelines.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, and suppliers to align on requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, HSE, and industry standards.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, service standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare operational reports, records, and cost analyses for decision-making.
• Support efficient use of resources to optimize costs and productivity.
• Identify risks and issues; implement mitigations and escalation as needed.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to digital initiatives and workflow optimization.
