• Create and manage waitstaff schedules for peak hours and events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely food and drink delivery.
• Address complaints with tact and resolve to guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and presentable dining areas at all times.
• Encourage upselling and promote specials to boost revenue.
• Oversee cash handling and reconcile registers at shift end.
• Prepare reports, manage reservations, and update seating charts.
