Job summary

Little Kitchen Help Ltd. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-site restaurants and catering outlets in Doha, Qatar. You will drive profitability, oversee service standards and ensure consistent execution across all venues, working closely with senior management and the General Manager.

The role requires hands-on leadership of restaurant and catering teams, strong P&L awareness, and a track record of expanding operations while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in hospitality operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple catering outlets AND restaurants is essential.
• 3–4 years in Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Ops leadership or equivalent.
• Strong multi-site operational management experience across venues and events.
• GCC hospitality experience preferred; Qatar experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants and catering outlets.
• Ensure consistent standards, service quality and commercial performance across locations.
• Drive profitability through labour, food cost control and KPI monitoring.
• Lead and develop Restaurant and Catering Managers; establish clear KPIs and succession planning.
• Maintain SOPs, training, audits and continuous improvement across all sites.
