The Luxury Collection in Doha is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead regional opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our prestigious property. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize bookings and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

Responsabilités

• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
• Performs sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows to generate opportunities.
• Coordinates with off-property sales channels to align efforts and maximize revenue.
• Handles proposal writing, contracts, and customer communications to close deals.
