Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Doha seeks a Front Desk/ Sales & Marketing support associate to resolve guest calls, process bookings, and maintain Marriott Rewards data. You will promote the brand through up-selling while delivering exemplary service and supporting sales initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in guest services, strong communication, and a professional appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems with courtesy.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software.
• Upsell to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Assist sales & marketing with general office duties.
• Develop positive relationships with guests and team members.
