Job summary

Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue across rooms, events and F&B. The role focuses on developing corporate and group accounts, coordinating events from planning through execution, and maintaining strong guest relationships to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Meetings & Events, Sales or Event Management in hospitality, with English fluency and flexibility to work evenings and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma related to hospitality/business administration.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Implement all sales activities under guidance of Director of Sales.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and coordinate events end-to-end.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
