Job summary

Hilton is seeking an IT Supervisor to lead multi-property technology operations in Doha. You’ll design, implement and maintain robust IT systems, ensuring security, reliability and excellent guest experiences across hotels.

You’ll supervise a team, manage projects, and partner with operations to keep downtime to a minimum. Strong leadership, network, cybersecurity, and cloud skills are required, with a Diploma in CS/IT and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality IT best practices.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support IT strategy and implementation across multiple properties in line with objectives.
• Enhance system performance, security, and reliability of LAN and servers.
• Resolve user issues across devices, applications, and network connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton HTN standards and backup procedures.
• Lead major system projects including workstation/server refreshes and Wi‑Fi/POS installs.
• Collaborate with property teams to maintain smooth IT operations and uptime.
• Mentor and develop team members, conduct evaluations and drive growth.
