LEISURE in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Entertainment Specialist to lead the Entertainment Department, coordinating choreography, shows and guest engagement across park environments.

You will manage staff, develop creative performances, supervise daily operations, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Sales to deliver high-quality entertainment experiences.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Performing Arts, Dance, Entertainment Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in entertainment, choreography or live show production.
• Experience in a theme park, family entertainment centre, resort or live entertainment environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create, choreograph and direct entertainment shows, dance performances and themed productions.
• Develop show concepts, music selections, soundtracks and performance sequences.
• Conduct rehearsals and provide performance training to entertainment staff.
• Develop seasonal shows, special events and festival entertainment programmes.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Entertainment Department.
• Prepare staff duty rosters, show schedules and manpower allocation plans.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor staff performance, discipline and attendance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Sales and other departments for entertainment requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery of scheduled shows and activities.
• Monitor show quality, performer presentation, costumes, music and guest interaction.
• Maintain entertainment equipment, props, costumes and show materials.
• Coordinate with external entertainers and service providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with park procedures and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly entertainment schedules.
• Develop plans for seasonal events, festivals and occasions.
• Support departmental budgeting and cost-effective planning.
• Maintain entertainment records and performance evaluations.
• Prepare monthly department performance reports.
