Job summary

Client of Fitstaff seeks a qualified Group Exercise Instructor in Doha, Qatar. Deliver safe, engaging classes, demonstrating correct technique while maintaining high standards of professionalism and member experience. You will support program schedules, motivate members, and ensure studio safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Group Exercise Instructor.
• Recognised Group Exercise qualification and Personal Training qualification.
• Fluent English required; strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe effective and engaging classes in line with the approved timetable
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before classes to prepare the studio and equipment
• Demonstrate correct technique and offer appropriate exercise modifications
• Build positive member relationships and encourage class participation
• Record class attendance and complete relevant administrative tasks
• Maintain clean organised studios and report equipment or safety concerns promptly
• Support studio supervision class cover events and promotional activities
• Participate in team meetings instructor assessments and ongoing training
• Remain available throughout your shift for group exercise operational duties
