Job summary

QC in Doha is seeking a Membership Specialist to develop and grow relationships with members, plan exclusive experiences, and coordinate programs that drive engagement.

You will work with leadership and external partners to tailor membership experiences, manage events from concept to delivery, and monitor program impact.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for arts and culture, with Arabic language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, membership, or development with focus on member engagement.
• Proven experience in project management, event planning and execution for high-profile or exclusive gatherings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with discretion and ability to build trust with high-profile individuals.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management & engagement: develop and maintain personalized relationships with members across tiers, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with leadership and partners.
• Strategic membership initiatives: design and implement customized membership programs, benefits, and experiences; monitor impact and adjust strategies.
• Event planning & coordination: plan exclusive events, manage logistics, invitations, venues, and guest lists; partner with events and marketing teams.
• Cultivation & stewardship: create tailored stewardship plans and identify deeper involvement opportunities such as patron programs or board memberships.
• Tailored communications: collaborate to create marketing materials for member tiers; support social media and PR efforts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Arts Administration, or related field
