Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking an experienced maintenance leader for the Operations Centre discipline. You will own preventive and corrective maintenance, lead SMEs, and ensure certified coverage across systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing method statements, SOPs, and maintenance schedules, providing input to the Change Advisory Board, and ensuring availability, SLA performance, and incident reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant systems in a large enterprise or airport environment.
• Certifications relevant to Desktop Support, AV/Video-Wall Systems, and Server/Application systems.
• Strong technical understanding of desktop, AV/video-wall, server, and application environments.
• Strong OEM/vendor relationship and escalation-management skills.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and technical decision-making capability.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all systems within the Operations Centre discipline.
• Lead subject-matter experts and ensure adequate certified technical coverage.
• Manage technical competency assessments and sign-off within the team.
• Review and approve method statements, SOPs, and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for proposed changes affecting Operations Centre systems.
• Ensure operational availability, SLA performance, maintenance completion, and reduction of repeat incidents.
