Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha seeks an experienced Maintenance CMMS Administrator to join our full-time team. You will manage the CMMS for maintenance activities, plan and track work orders, and keep asset records up to date.

You will generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs from data, and apply advanced Excel skills to analyze maintenance trends. A Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering field and at least three years of CMMS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance system administration or planning.
• Strong hands-on experience with CMMS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CMMS for maintenance activities.
• Plan, schedule, track, and close maintenance work orders.
• Maintain accurate asset, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Prepare maintenance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze maintenance data using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning.
