Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring for a full-time Senior Security Systems Manager in Doha. The role leads preventive and corrective maintenance for security systems, guiding SMEs and ensuring qualified coverage.

You will review method statements and SOPs, contribute to change boards, and drive root-cause analysis to minimize incidents. With 10+ years' hands-on security systems experience in large enterprises or airports, you will optimize availability and SLA adherence while mentoring teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with relevant security systems in a large enterprise or airport environment.
• Certifications in security-system technologies, particularly Milestone VMS and physical-security systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, video surveillance, VMS platforms, servers, and related security infrastructure.
• Strong OEM/vendor management and technical escalation experience.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all Security Systems.
• Lead subject-matter experts and ensure appropriate certified technical coverage and competency.
• Review and approve technical method statements, SOPs, and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for system changes.
• Monitor discipline performance and Lead root-cause analysis and problem management report to the Service Delivery Manager.
• Ensure high system availability, SLA compliance, preventive-maintenance completion, and reduction in repeat incidents.
