Responsibilities

• Lead daily mechanical operations by coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians providing hands-on training and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential mechanical failures and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assist in the design and modification of mechanical systems for improved performance
