Vistas Global is seeking a Head – IT Staffing & Managed Services in Qatar to lead growth, client acquisition, and strategic accounts. You will oversee IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, and managed services delivery across diverse clients, shaping the service portfolio and ensuring operational excellence.

The role requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years in operations or project management, strong business development, and proven ability to manage large teams and complex SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, or managed services is required.
• Strong track record in business development, revenue growth, and client management.
• Expertise in financial management, SLAs/KPIs, and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Drive business development, revenue growth, and new client acquisition.
• Lead IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, and managed services operations.
• Build strong client relationships and drive retention and expansion.
• Manage proposals, tenders, commercial negotiations, and sales pipelines.
• Oversee service delivery, KPIs, quality, and operational performance.
• Manage budgets, revenue, gross profit, forecasts, and profitability.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams; ensure compliance and risk management.
• Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities.
