Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef experience in reputable restaurant.
• Extensive international cuisine knowledge, incl. Pakistani and Egyptian dishes.
• Ability to create and develop menus while preserving tradition.
• Excellent English communication and strong leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and develop menus for our international cuisine restaurant.
• Oversee kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking and plating.
• Train kitchen staff on proper techniques, recipes, and food presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant
• Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing international dishes, with a focus on Pakistani and Egyptian cuisine
• Ability to create and develop new menu items while maintaining traditional flavors
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and guests
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
