You will lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, ensure food safety, and collaborate with front-of-house to enhance the guest experience. English communication is essential as you will manage a diverse team and interact with guests to maintain exceptional dining

Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef experience in reputable restaurant.
• Extensive international cuisine knowledge, incl. Pakistani and Egyptian dishes.
• Ability to create and develop menus while preserving tradition.
• Excellent English communication and strong leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and develop menus for our international cuisine restaurant.
• Oversee kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking and plating.
• Train kitchen staff on proper techniques, recipes, and food presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously strive to improve the dining experience for our guests.
