Responsibilities:

• Create and develop menus featuring authentic Indian cuisine
• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to proper food handling and safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presented in an appealing manner
• Continuously strive to improve menu offerings and maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes

Requirements:
