Job summary

ConFlip in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar, is seeking a talented Sous Chef with strong Indian cuisine experience to work closely with the Head Chef. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure consistency of dishes, train and supervise staff, manage inventory, and contribute to menu development.

Fluent English is preferred, Hindi is a plus. You must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role with expertise in Indian cuisine.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge a plus).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
