Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Ar-Ruwais, UAE)

We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end Indian restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create innovative and authentic Indian dishes while maintaining quality standards
• Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and consistent food quality
• Control food costs by monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop menus that meet customer demands and trends
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
