We are a well-established fine dining restaurant located in the beautiful city of Ar-Ruwais, UAE. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service
• Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
