Job summary

Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a dynamic Guest Relations Agent (Arabic speaker) to deliver personalized, luxury hospitality experiences. Under supervision, you will welcome guests, respond to requests, handle inquiries with diplomacy, and coordinate with departments to ensure VIP guests receive exemplary service.

Fluent Arabic and English are required; prior hotel guest relations or front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Language: Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Customer service: Strong guest-service and interpersonal skills with a welcome attitude.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, including handling complaints diplomatically.
• Experience: Previous hotel guest relations, front office, concierge, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Cultural awareness: Interact with Arabic-speaking guests appropriately.
• Problem-solving: Resolve guest concerns quickly while maintaining guest experience.
• Professional presentation: Well-groomed, confident, courteous with VIP guests.
• Computer skills: Familiarity with hotel systems, email, MS Office, CRM.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays.

Job Description

Under the guidance and supervision of the Guest Relations Supervisor and /or the Guest Relations Manager and within the limits of the established Rixos Hotels policies and procedure, Guest Relations Agent’s responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service which brings in the Turkish culture and hospitality to the lively capital of Qatar, Doha. To work with a team spirit and to ensure that each guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive and leaves the property fully satisfied with the wish to return back. Maintains the overall efficiency of set standards while creating rich lifestyle experiences, infusing Turkish culture and warm hospitality through our luxurious services and products; thereby providing the highest level of comfort and hospitality to guests so as to maximize organizational profitability and guest satisfaction in an atmosphere of teamwork and high employee morale.

• Problem-solving: Ability to resolve guest concerns quickly while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Professional presentation: Well-groomed, confident, courteous, and comfortable interacting with VIP guests.
• Computer skills: Familiarity with hotel systems, email, Microsoft Office, and reservation/CRM systems.
