Responsibilities

• Take reservations by phone, email, or online bookings and update the reservations system.
• Schedule reservations and seating with management prior to service and reconfirm as needed.
• Welcome and escort guests, ensuring accurate menus and upsell of beverages as per service sequence.
• Assist with billing and cashiering policies if required.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist other outlets as needed.
