Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; local knowledge will be an advantage.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in multiple languages including Russian is a plus.
• Proficiency with front office-related software including Opera PMS and CRM systems is required.
• Strong managerial and leadership abilities to mentor and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develops high quality relationships with guests, peers, team members, partners, and clients.
• Champion for hotel online and offline reputation.
• Respond to guest feedback across platforms in a timely manner and investigate comments when needed.
• Ensure integrity of online ratings (e.g., TripAdvisor).
• Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive action plans.
• Lead the quality meetings and maintain brand standards across departments.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell opportunities while managing cost and profitability.
