Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role at a 5-star hotel or luxury property.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Russian language skills a plus; additional languages are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains high quality relationships with guests, peers and partners.
• Champions hotel online/offline reputation and responds to feedback in a timely manner.
• Drives guest satisfaction through TrustYou and reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor.
