Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North seeks a Guest Relations Manager to oversee the guest journey, lead a diverse team, and maintain superior service standards. The role requires experience in front office or operations and proficiency with Opera PMS.

You will implement guest service standards, develop staff, manage reputation, and contribute to profitability while preserving service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar 5-star hotel role; local knowledge an advantage.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and hotel software.
• Strong communication and leadership in a diverse team.
• Experience in guest service and reputation management.

Responsabilités

• Builds strong relationships with guests, peers, and partners.
• Champions hotel online and offline reputation.
• Owns guest feedback via TrustYou; responds timely and investigates.
• Maintains integrity of online ratings (TripAdvisor).
• Analyzes guest feedback, communicates actions to departments.
• Leads quality meetings and drives continuous improvement.
• Promotes loyalty programs and brand standards.
• Oversees daily operations and supports front desk when needed.
