Job summary

India Abroad in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a Concierge Assistant to deliver exceptional guest service in a busy hospitality setting. This full-time role welcomes candidates with or without prior experience who can greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help with reservations and local information.

The position does not require prior English proficiency, but offers a visa preference for candidates who already hold a Qatar visa.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required.
• Fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities as requested
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements for guests
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager
