Job summary

Minor Hotels’ Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli in Doha is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver courteous, efficient service from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable guest experience. You will take reservations, greet and register guests, and provide outstanding service throughout the stay.

You will also settle accounts at checkout and handle inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service.
• Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Computer skills in MS Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations, greet and register guests.
• Provide outstanding guest service during their stay.
• Settle the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
• Handle all guest inquiries, requests and comments promptly and efficiently.
