Job summary

Barahat Msheireb Hotel LLC in Doha seeks a friendly Bellboy who will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with luggage, escorting them to rooms, and delivering a warm, welcoming impression.

You will greet guests on arrival and departure, handle luggage with careful attention, arrange transportation when needed, and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience across services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring careful handling and timely delivery to and from their rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
• Retrieve luggage from departing guests' rooms and transport it to the lobby or designated pick-up area.
• Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis or providing directions.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and luggage storage area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
