Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or guest-facing hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Professional appearance, discretion and cultural awareness.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with personalized check-in and check-out.
• Handle luggage, packing and unpacking, valet services and in-room requests.
• Prepare guest rooms according to VIP standards and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Spa and F&B teams to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain guest profiles, preferences and special requests accurately.
• Conduct room inspections before arrivals and after departures.
• Manage laundry, pressing, shoe-shining, minibar replenishment and guest amenities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support the Butler in creating memorable experiences for VIP and long-stay guests.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards, impeccable grooming and professional etiquette at all times.

The Assistant Butler assists in providing discreet, refined and anticipatory service to guests throughout their stay. Working closely with the Butler, Housekeeping, Concierge, Front Office, In-Room Dining and other hotel departments, the Assistant Butler ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and effortless luxury experience.

• Maintain guest profiles, preferences and special requests accurately
• Conduct room inspections before arrivals and after departures
• Manage laundry, pressing, shoe-shining, minibar replenishment and guest amenities
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests while maintaining confidentiality
• Support the Butler in creating memorable experiences for VIP and long-stay guests
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards, impeccable grooming and professional etiquette at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or guest-facing hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Professional appearance, discretion and cultural awareness
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Familiarity with Forbes Five-Star or similar luxury hospitality standards is preferred
