Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration/Management.
• Certification such as CCM/CPM preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing operations in a construction/engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations for the assigned service branch including field operations, sales and administration.
• Grows the portfolio within the assigned area with a focus on efficient customer service.
• Ensures branch adherence to service quality and EH&S standards.
• Supports sales leads and maintains client relationships to drive new equipment and service opportunities.
• Drives a service-oriented, performance-driven culture and achieves branch service quality targets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration/Management or equivalent
