Job summary

PPL Dynamics in Doha is seeking a Sales Manager to lead new project sales, maintenance sales and modernization initiatives. You will manage the sales and marketing functions hands-on, develop and train the team, and drive profitability and turnover.

Responsibilities include preparing offers, coordinating with pricing, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Generate inquiries and review project specifications.
• Select suitable solutions and coordinate with pricing team to prepare quotes.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers with specifications, terms, and lead times.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and reliable sources to obtain target prices.
• Lead and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and share best sales practices within the team.
• Develop and conduct training programs for new sales associates.
• Manage sales and marketing departments with hands-on direct sales activities.
• Exceed budgeted profitability and turnover.
• Enhance product and group loyalty in the market.
• Meet deadlines for all sales-related activities with principals and the organization.
• Communicate with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare presentation documents and reports on sales-related activities.
• Provide status reports and adherence to goals.
• Guide and prepare action plans to identify targets and projection of contacts.
• Specify company products with consulting firms and negotiate projects with contractors/clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
