Job summary

Management Solutions International (MSI) invites an experienced General Manager – Real Estate to lead the overall real estate business in Qatar. You will oversee Sales & Leasing, Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance, HR, Administration, and Business Development to drive growth and profitability.

Reporting to Executive Management, you will set strategies, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop new revenue streams while building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years real estate experience including property management, sales & leasing, and facilities management.
• Senior management, business development, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/P&L management.
• Knowledge of real estate operations, property management, and commercial strategy.
• Leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Understand lease agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Degree, diploma, or professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual strategies, budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.
• Lead Sales & Leasing, Property Management, and Facilities Management teams.
• Drive revenue growth, client retention, and achievement of financial targets.
• Oversee property management ops, leasing, service delivery, contractors, client relationships.
• Work with Finance and HR on budgets, reporting, manpower planning, policies, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, contracts, leases, insurance, and policies.
• Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and management reports.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams across the business.
