Job summary

Taameer Group in Doha is seeking an experienced leasing professional to manage property leasing activities, generate leads, conduct viewings, and negotiate terms to meet targets. The role demands 3–5 years of Qatar real estate experience and strong market knowledge.

You will handle end-to-end leasing, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high tenant retention.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven leasing/real estate experience in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar rental and property market.
• Proven ability to achieve leasing/sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leasing leads through portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Identify prospective tenants and understand their property requirements and budget.
• Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information.
• Negotiate rental rates, terms, and conditions within company guidelines.
• Manage leasing process from enquiry to signing and handover.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective tenants and convert leads into leases.
• Maintain an updated database of properties, leads, and activities.
• Coordinate with management, administration, finance, and maintenance teams for onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and tenant retention.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Monitor Qatar rental market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare leasing reports and achieve monthly and annual targets.
