Job summary

Management Solutions International (MSI) in Doha is seeking an experienced pharma sales leader to head and develop a high performing team, driving achievement of sales targets across a diverse portfolio.

You will conduct regular coaching, field visits, and performance reviews to elevate capabilities, ensure CRM-driven reporting, and sustain compliant, ethical engagement with government bodies, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Minimum 9 years pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 4-5 years in a team leadership role within Qatar.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of Qatar healthcare landscape including government institutions, private hospitals, pharmacies, and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
• Ensure team achieves monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Review team performance through CRM, field visits, KPI monitoring, and sales reporting.
• Monitor Medical Representatives' productivity including call averages, coverage frequency, customer engagement, and product detailing activities through CRM.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans to strengthen team competency and performance.
• Drive strategic partnerships with government institutions, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy chains to maximize market penetration.
• Develop quarterly account plans and engagement plans for key accounts while ensuring compliance with SOPs and local regulations.
