Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leasing/real estate experience in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar rental and property market.
• Proven ability to achieve leasing/sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good MS Office and CRM knowledge.
• Candidates currently in Qatar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leasing leads via portals, referrals, networking.
• Identify tenants and understand property requirements and budgets.
• Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information.
• Negotiate rental rates, terms, and conditions.
• Manage leasing process from enquiry to handover.
• Maintain tenant follow-up and convert leads to leases.
• Maintain database of properties, leads and activities.
• Coordinate with management, admin, finance and maintenance for onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and tenant retention.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Monitor Qatar rental market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and monthly/annual targets.
