Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leasing leads via portals, referrals, networking.
• Identify tenants and understand property requirements and budgets.
• Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information.
• Negotiate rental rates, terms, and conditions.
• Manage leasing process from enquiry to handover.
• Maintain tenant follow-up and convert leads to leases.
• Maintain database of properties, leads and activities.
• Coordinate with management, admin, finance and maintenance for onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and tenant retention.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant real estate/leasing experience in Qatar

Position Purpose

Responsible for managing property leasing activities, generating leasing leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating with prospective tenants, and achieving assigned leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leasing leads through property portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Identify prospective tenants and understand their property requirements and budget.
• Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information.
• Negotiation of rental rates, terms, and conditions within company guidelines.
• Manage the leasing process from initial enquiry through agreement signing and handover.

• Coordinate with property management, administration, finance, and maintenance teams for smooth tenant onboarding.
