Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Corporate Governance Officer to assist, control, distribute and archive all related correspondences with internal and external authorities, translate letters to English/Arabic, and support the Corporate Affairs Team with related tasks. The role includes maintaining shareholders’ information and database, and assisting in AGM/EGM planning and logistics.

The position involves handling invoices related to corporate communications, translating documents, and ensuring archive

Qualifications

• University degree in law or business-related field.
• Fresh graduate with no prior work experience required.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Bank’s shareholders’ information and database.
• Support AGM/EGM planning and logistics.
• Translate and manage corporate correspondence with regulators and authorities.
• Review, translate, document, and communicate press releases and speeches.
• Archive documents per policies and assist in audits.
