Job summary

Qatar Foundation seeks a Corporate Governance and Compliance Analyst to support development, review, and maintenance of governance manuals, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with approved frameworks and enabling effective decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in governance and compliance, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field, and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience in corporate governance and compliance, with a strong background in legal documentation and policy development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in drafting governance documents and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the Qatar Foundation Governance Manual and related policies and procedures.
• Document decisions and resolutions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support compliance programs and regulatory adherence across the organization.
• Coordinate with the Hiring Department to ensure governance alignment and decision-making.
• Maintain governance tracking tools and assist in reporting governance activities.
