Job summary

Qatar National Bank seeks an experienced senior operations leader to define and drive the international operational strategy across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with headquarters and shared service centers.

The role includes governance of cross-border operations, due diligence for acquisitions, and implementation of the Target Operating Model to standardize offerings across all international branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Finance/Banking with a Master's preferred.
• Minimum 18 years in banking, with at least 8 years at the managerial level in operations.

Responsibilities

• Define international operational strategy aligned with the Group's overall business strategies.
• Implement KPI’s and best practices for Executive Vice President International Operations Affairs.
• Lead TOM implementation strategy across international branches to ensure standard operating model and improve turnaround times.
• Oversee development and migration of Operations' best Operating Models across all international branches to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor risk through KPI and KRIs.

Education

Bachelor University graduate with major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
