Job summary

Qatar National Bank seeks an experienced professional to support the SVP International Retail and AVP International Country Liaison in delivering strategy and plans for the designated country. The role requires proactive relationship management with the country’s Retail Head and collaboration with Group Retail Businesses and Group Support Divisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree is required or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.

Responsibilities

Support SVP International Retail and AVP International Country Liaison to deliver strategy and plans.
Proactively manage relationships with the Retail Head of the designated country.
Coordinate with Group Retail Businesses and Group Support for the designated country to meet KPIs.
Track performance updates related to the Business Plans / KPIs of the designated country.
Assist in development and migration of Retail Banking best practices for the country.
Maintain a single point of contact for the designated country, ensuring timely support and professionalism.
Provide data to Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.

Education

Bachelor degree University graduate preferably with a major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study)
