Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead International Treasury Sales, managing client relationships and cross-border strategies from Doha. The role focuses on driving profitable sales, setting KPIs, and coordinating with corporate banking to expand international treasury services.

The incumbent will oversee risk controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide a high-performing team across multiple markets. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or IT.
• MBA or CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead international treasury sales strategy and KPIs.
• Develop and monitor performance targets for the International Treasury Desk.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients and units.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk controls.
