Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Qatar is seeking a Logistics Officer – Export & Import Operations to coordinate international logistics, export/import documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of Qatar Customs regulations, experience handling sea, air, and land freight, and collaboration with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field required.
• Professional certification in supply chain or logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export and import logistics activities.
• Arrange and monitor international shipments via sea, air, and land.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and brokers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and address delays.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations throughout logistics process.
