Master HR in Qatar is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist with 5-6 years of SCM experience to supervise import operations, ensure compliance with Qatar standards, and coordinate with suppliers.

The role involves handling commercial invoices, packing lists, COO with HS codes, and obtaining necessary approvals from ministries, while ensuring smooth clearance at ports and with freight forwarders.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years’ experience in SCM department.
• Supervise and direct import personnel to meet Qatar Standards.
• Experience with Commercial Invoices, packing list & COO with HS codes.
• Knowledge of Qatar Customs law and HS codes.
• Ability to obtain approvals from ministries for consignments.
• Coordinate with suppliers by phone and email to verify documents.
• Clear shipments from all ports and arrange release with Freight Forwarders.

• Supervise and direct all import personnel ensuring all operational requirements and Qatar Standards are met consistently through clear direction and effective communication.
• Creating Commercial Invoices, packing list & COO with correct Customs international Harmonize Code.
• Have a good experience in Qatar Customs law.
