Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Doha, Qatar, seeks an Industrial Projects Specialist to drive field sales plans, grow revenue, and improve customer retention as part of our international logistics network. You will coordinate operations with internal teams, manage shipments, handle permits, customs clearance, and ensure compliant, cost-efficient service for main clients.

• Good knowledge of forwarding business and DHL Global Forwarding products (AFR/OFR).
• Good knowledge of Customer Service processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer field sales plans to achieve revenue growth and customer retention.
• Provide status updates on shipments, incidents, and progress to customers.
• Coordinate operations with internal departments for smooth handling of shipments.
• Supervise operations and communicate with external service providers as needed.
• Escalate issues and drive corrective actions to improve service efficiency.
• Manage daily operations for major clients and shipment permits when required.
• Ensure compliant, cost-efficient processes and timely customer communication.
