Job summary

QNB Group, the largest bank in the MEA region, seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Global Transaction Banking Sales across Cash Management and Trade Services. You will drive strategy, expand cross‑border client relationships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth through a multinational network.

You will oversee regional teams, partner with product and risk functions, and shape innovative cash management and trade finance solutions for corporate and financial institutions globally from Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years banking experience with 5+ years in Cash Management Sales and 5 years in Trade Finance Sales.
• Strong leadership with multinational team experience across regions.
• Proven ability to structure and deliver complex cash management and trade solutions.
• Excellent client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for GTB across cash management and trade services.
• Expand market share and revenue by engaging multinational corporates and financial institutions.
• Lead regional/global teams, manage P/L and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with product, risk and compliance across the network.
