Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a senior professional to lead Global Cash Management and Trade Services, aligning product development with the bank’s strategy and international growth. The role covers cash management, trade services, channels, service delivery, and portfolio management across a global network.

You will drive revenue growth, collaborate with sales teams, and ensure effective implementation of strategic plans while maintaining KPI targets and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MBA with a related major as stated in the posting.
• 8+ years banking experience in an international context as described.
• Outstanding English communication skills; Arabic knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Cash and Trade product strategies to strengthen market position.
• Coordinate with HO and Country Managers to support business objectives.
• Lead product development, marketing collateral, and sales support for cash and trade offerings.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across processes.
• Manage KPIs, pricing policies, and relation management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide timely data and maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
