QNB Group in Doha is seeking a seasoned Treasury Manager to oversee real-time trading positions, P&L reporting, and risk controls. You will supervise a team of 5–6 staff, ensure accurate production of management reports, and support treasury operations across assets and liabilities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Banking/Finance with 8+ years in international banking or treasury operations; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of treasury or international banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and liquidity management.
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating across units.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee real-time trading positions, P&L, and limits reporting.
• Produce timely treasury management reports with analysis.
• Supervise staff and promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EMIR and regulatory requirements.
