Mashreq in Qatar is seeking a cash management sales professional to drive revenues by winning cash management mandates with target clients. The role focuses on identifying high-potential prospects, developing tailored treasury solutions, and building robust client relationships in the region.

You will develop account plans, maintain a strong sales funnel, and work with product teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs while tracking progress against targets and ensuring successful deal

Formación

• Solid cash management sales experience is required.
• Experience with corporate treasury, collections, payments, liquidity management desired.
• Proven ability to develop a sales pipeline from scratch and exceed targets.
• Strong communication, relationship management and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive cash management revenues and liabilities by targeting high quality clients in Qatar.
• Identify opportunities within the market and align Mashreq product capabilities.
• Develop sales strategy with regional teams and product management.
• Prepare account plans for high-opportunity names with revenue potential and action steps.
• Maintain high activity in sales calling to maximize the funnel.
• Understand client needs and present Mashreq solutions via consultative selling.
• Collaborate with product team to create client-specific cash management solutions.
• Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to drive product innovation.
• Prepare compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.
• Secure mandates and ensure smooth deal activation with implementation teams.
• Track progress with revenue reports and ensure promised volumes are realized.
